Our Fees
If your claim is successful, we charge a fee in line with the Financial Conduct Authority Fee Cap — between 18–36% including VAT. The amount you pay depends on the level of redress you receive (the current rate of VAT is 20%). The worked examples below illustrate how our service fee is applied within each of the 5 fee bands.

The service fee is based on the gross amount of compensation awarded. The fee illustrations are not to be taken as an estimate of the amount likely to be recovered for you. Our service fee(s) will reduce the amount of cash in hand compensation you will retain.
*Please note: If previous liabilities exist, any sum recovered may be offset against these existing liabilities. In the instance that the arrears present exceed the sum recovered, you will, where necessary, be liable to pay our fee from your own funds.
Cancellation Fees
If you cancel after the 14 day period from when you sign the terms and conditions, a fee may still be applicable. For more information please refer to our terms and conditions.
